Nogarazza began as a bakery in the 19th Century and after 4 generations has become an exquisite Hotel and Restaurant.
Nogarazza's motto has been and continues to be the precise selection of the freshest produce and seafood to produce exquisite cuisine. All the pasta is personally handmade, rolled by hand, then individually sliced into ravioli, fettuccine, and angel hair pasta. All the seafood arrives daily, directly from the North Adriatic Sea.
Nogarazza's custom designed suites provide a master bedroom with private bath, including a separate kitchenette and living room.
